My dad, Donnie “DK” Kretzschmar, wasn’t just a Showco legend—he was the reason I started this archive. His dedication to the crew—the family behind the music—ran deep, and it shaped every part of my life growing up. I spent my childhood backstage, at rehearsals, and tagging along to Showco parties after the shows. Some of my best memories are of running around the GACC, or breakdancing across the street in the Snuffers parking lot while my parents were “hanging out” with the crew.

This page is my tribute to him, and to the behind-the-scenes heroes who made rock history possible.
